Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) Fresher

### Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic *Mechanical Engineering Fresher* to join our service team as a *Field Service Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer sites to install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain water treatment plants. The candidate must own a **two-wheeler* for field travel. Petrol expenses will be reimbursed by the company as per company policy.

### Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and servicing of water treatment plants.

* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of water treatment systems.

* Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and carry out necessary repairs.

* Inspect equipment performance and ensure smooth operation of the plant.

* Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed systems.

* Explain system operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.

* Prepare and submit daily service reports after each site visit.

* Maintain records of service activities, spare parts used, and customer feedback.

* Coordinate with the service team and office for scheduling service visits.





* Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

* Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during fieldwork.

* Report major technical issues to senior engineers for further support.

* Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

* Travel to customer locations as assigned within the designated service area.

### Eligibility

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers can apply).

* Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, piping, and water treatment equipment is preferred.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively for field service.

### Requirements

* *Own two-wheeler is mandatory.*

* *Valid driving license is required.*

* Petrol allowance will be reimbursed by the company as per policy.

* Willing to work at customer sites and travel as required.

### Preferred Skills

* Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.

* Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
