Job Description

Jana Small Finance Bank is hiring Relationship Managers and Relationship Executives for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Locations- Alandur, Velachery, Pallavaram, Selaiyur, Poonamallee, Villanoor, Perungalathur, Mandaveli, Porur, Cuddalore, Mint, Tiruvottiyur (Royapuram), Kilpauk, Anna Nagar, Urapakkam, Madhavaram, G N Chetty Road, Mugappair, Pondicherry, Chengalpattu, Trichy, Thanjavur, Kumbakonam

Key Responsibilities

- Source Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.
- Generate business through DSA, Connectors, Builders and Branch referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales and cross-sell targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with branch, credit,



legal and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure portfolio quality and support collections wherever required.
- Conduct marketing activities and campaigns to increase business.
- Train and engage DSAs/Connectors on bank products and policies.

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 1 year of Home Loan sales experience.
- Experience in LAP, Mortgage, Secured Loans or Micro LAP.
- Robust DSA/Connector sourcing experience.
- Field sales experience in Banking, NBFC or Housing Finance.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
