Key Skills Required

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent development
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI assistants and copilots
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise systems
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, AI Grounding, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Database, Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of AI Governance, Security, Compliance, and Responsible AI practices
- Experience leading technical teams, architecture reviews, and AI initiatives

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation programs
- Strong experience in solution architecture, governance, and technology strategy
