Manager I - Rider Cluster Manager

Responsibilities, aka, what wed like you to deliver :

- Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment and

delivery performance.

- Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, delivery

efficiency, productivity, and compliance.

- Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminate

bottlenecks quickly.

- Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts.
- Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training,

motivation, and performance management.

- Optimize routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with city operations and central teams to implement engagement initiatives

and process improvements.





- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong execution standards and

minimal service lapses.

- Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective

actions to improve last-mile efficiency.

Are you who we're searching for:

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 34 years in last-mile operations, fleet/rider management, or

e-commerce delivery.

- Strong understanding of rider performance metrics and cluster-level operations
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboards and performance tracking

tools

- Solid people management and communication skills, especially with

ground-level teams
