- Requirements:
- B.Tech and MBA preferred, with 810 years of Product Management experience in enterprise platform products.
- Proven experience managing multi-country e-commerce platforms; SAP Hybris knowledge preferred.
- Solid ownership of product roadmap, prioritization, platform capabilities, and end-to-end feature delivery.
- Ability to lead Business Analysts and collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalable product design.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills; thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
