Business Analyst Roles and Responsibilities:

- Position: Business Analyst / Technical Project Associate
- We are seeking an offshore resource for IT Projects with considerable overlap with Client
- US office timings.
- Client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst / Technical Project
- Associate to support the delivery of our internal IT Projects
- Beyond standard requirements and project support work, this role carries a processimprovement mandate: mapping how work actually flows through our delivery
- pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and rework, and proposing optimizations. A technical
- or programming background is a meaningful advantage candidates who can pull
- data, automate repetitive process tasks.
- Requirements & technical project support
- • Capture business needs and document them as clear user stories and
- acceptance criteria in Jira.
- • Help refine the backlog so stories are well-formed, testable, and meet the
- team's Definition of Ready before entering a IT Dev cycle
- • Conduct gap analysis against requirements documents, surfacing missing
- detail, edge cases, and validation needs.
- • Support UAT: organize test scenarios, log defects, track them to closure.
- • Coordinate across Product, Design, Development, and QA and keep decisions
- documented.
- Process & workflow analysis




- • Map current-state delivery workflows (intake refinement sprint UAT
- release) and document how work moves.
- • Identify bottlenecks, rework loops, and handoff gaps, and quantify their impact
- where possible.
- • Propose and help implement process improvements readiness gates, story
- standards, templates, lightweight automation.
- • Help standardize artifacts and reduce avoidable churn across the team.
- Required
- • Bachelor's in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related — or
- equivalent experience.
- • 5–8+ years in a BA, project coordinator, or product ownership role.
- • Strong written/verbal communication and a sharp eye for detail.
- • Comfort with Excel/Jira/Power BI and organizing information clearly.
- • An analytical, process-minded approach and willingness to learn & coordinate
- with different IT workstreams
- • Willings to collaborate with different stakeholders
- • Ability to work in a challenging environment
- • Programming skills in the past is a preferred strengt
