Experience:
- IPDRG Medical Coder: 1 - 4 Years
- IPDRG Quality Analyst (QCA): 36 Years
Required Skills:
- Experience in IPDRG/Inpatient Medical Coding
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG guidelines
- Good understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in coding quality audits and providing feedback (QCA)
- CPC/CCS/CIC certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes for inpatient records.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and client-specific guidelines.
- For QCA: Conduct quality audits, identify coding opportunities, provide feedback, and support continuous quality improvement.
Work Mode: Work From Office
