Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to drive AI transformation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the enterprise-wide Generative AI architecture, strategy, and technology roadmap.
- Architect scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.
- Design end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using Vector Databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and Responsible AI practices across AI initiatives.
- Drive MLOps strategy,



including CI/CD pipelines, model governance, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Lead the integration of GenAI platforms with enterprise applications, data platforms, APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
- Evaluate and recommend AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering and AI teams.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders and executive stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI transformation initiatives.
