Responsibilities

1. Reviewing medical records and summarizing relevant clinical information.
2. Evaluating clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
3. Preparing detailed clinical summaries as per defined guidelines.
4. Achieving productivity and quality targets consistently.
5. Updating reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
6. Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.

8. Ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
9. Working independently while contributing effectively within the team.

Requirements

1. Holding an MBBS or Foreign Medical Graduate (MD) qualification.
2. Having a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
3.



Possessing MCI/NMC registration (preferred).
4. Having exposure to the US Healthcare system (preferred, not mandatory).
5. Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office applications.
6. Exhibiting strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
7. Having a reliable broadband internet connection for remote work.
