This recruitment is for the vacancy of Digital Switchboard Operator for an educational institution based in Europe and Middle East in operation for more than 20 years.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Role of Digital Switchboard Operator is to provide support to the entire organisation by being the first point of communication and transferring calls to relevant departments.
- Required to work in a busy college workplace, dealing with all phone enquiries and calls related to the college, students, and staff in a multiline phone system with regard to all campuses.
- Receiving and greeting all visitors professionally, answering general questions where possible and referring specific enquiries to other staff where appropriate.
- Communicating efficiently with people on all levels.



Liaising with all departments while making sure the information is being directed to the right departments.
- Typing/taking notes/messages from the enquirer while on the phone and passing the messages on to the relevant staff in the form of text, email, or voice call.
- Manage bookings for conference and meeting rooms, preparing the areas for the meetings.
- To maintain total confidentiality with regard to the pupils and other personal information.
- Daily reporting of any concerns to the line manager.

- Freshers may apply. Minimal call centre experience is an advantage. Required to join on short notice..
- Candidates based in Kochi are preferred. Ready to work in UK, and US timings..
