Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead or actively participate in project teams to develop and implement solutions/products tailored to client requirements within defined time and quality parameters.
- Design and develop recent tools or customize existing tools to meet specific client needs.
- Oversee technical design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices; determine optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations.
- Prepare and deliver capability presentations, assessments, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project management activities, including creation of project plans, resource allocation, and coordination among team members and stakeholders.




- Support the professional growth and development of consulting team members through training and mentorship.

- Supply Chain Management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in development, implementation, and customization of integrated business planning and supply chain solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
