Manager Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate qualified to join our team for land and
property acquisitions, development initiatives, leasing transactions, and strategic real estate
projects. The role will support the company's expansion strategy by identifying, evaluating, and
securing commercial real estate opportunities that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunities Identification & Acquisition

Identify and evaluate land parcels and commercial real estate opportunities aligned with
the company's expansion strategy.

Conduct market surveys and location analysis.

Develop a pipeline of prospective sites across target markets.

Develop relationship and coordinate with brokers, developers, landlords, and property
consultants.

Financial & Commercial Evaluation

Prepare business cases and financial feasibility assessments.

Analyze rental benchmarks, occupancy costs, and market trends.

Support budgeting and forecasting related to real estate transactions.

Stakeholder Management





Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and leadership teams.

Manage external consultants, brokers, and landlords.

Present recommendations and transaction updates to senior management.

Documentation & Governance

Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Coordinate legal due diligence and contract execution.

Maintain documentation databases and transaction records.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant preferred.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and land acquisitions and leasing

Experience negotiating large commercial RE deals.

Strong understanding of real estate markets and commercial contracts.
