Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage debt collection processes from initial stages to final realization, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Conduct field collections, negotiate with borrowers, and implement effective strategies for loan recoveries.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the debt management process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes related to loans.
Job Requirements :
- 1-13 years of experience in debt collection, debt management, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of laws governing loan collection practices in India (e.g., RBI guidelines).
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Proficiency in using software applications used for tracking loan accounts, managing payment schedules, and generating reports.
