We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Generative AI capabilities. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to build scalable applications, automate business processes, deploy AI-powered copilots, and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Customize user interfaces and integrate applications with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL databases, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
- Build digital forms, approval workflows, and task management solutions.
- Develop and maintain business process automation using Power Automate.
- Implement integrations between Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third-party applications.

Solution Design & Delivery

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and current processes.
- Design future-state solutions and obtain business sign-offs.
- Participate in solution testing, UAT support, deployment, and production rollout activities.
- Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and best practices.

Microsoft Copilot Studio & AI Solutions





- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build enterprise chatbots and AI copilots to automate business interactions.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and backend systems.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI capabilities for improving productivity and user experience.

Security & Governance

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC).
- Manage setting security, permissions, and data governance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Documentation & Support

- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide post-production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
