Process: Personal Loan Sales - Lead Generation

Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Job Role:

- Outbound calling for personal loan lead generation
- Explain loan products and offers
- Generate and qualify customer leads
- Maintain basic customer interaction records

Eligibility:

- Freshers & Experienced Can Apply
- Tamil: Versant 4 Mandatory
- Malayalam & Kannada: Versant 3 or Above
- Positive English & Regional Language Communication

Shift:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off

Salary Details:

Tamil Process:

- CTC 21,000 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
- In-hand 15,978 + Incentives
- Without CTC-18,000TH + Incentives

Malayalam / Kannada Process:

- CTC 22,000 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
- In-hand 16,979 + Incentives
- Without CTC:- 19000 TH + Incentives
