The Branch Head is responsible for leading the overall operations academic quality sales performance and administrative functions of the Medcity Kottayam branch The role requires solid leadership a results driven approach and the ability to ensure an excellent student experience Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments Lead mentor and monitor academic sales and support teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Ensure high standards of training quality student satisfaction and service delivery Drive student admissions through effective planning marketing coordination and lead management Review faculty performance schedule classes and maintain academic discipline Manage branch finances including fee collection petty cash and expense approvals Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain accurate records Coordinate events workshops exams and promotional activities Handle escalations and provide timely solutions for students and staff Prepare and submit operational reports to management Requirements Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem solving ability Experience in training education or branch operations preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines Customer focused approach with attention to quality and detail Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
