Look after maintenance and operations of DM Water Plant Purified Water Plant in shifts Exposure to documentation of Water Systems - Qualifications validations CSV Exposure to QMS LMS applications Exposure to audits fronting - customer regulatory Recording Ensuring daily Water Treatment operational log sheets as per GDP Close monitoring ensuring PPE usage by workmen at operational areas Operation Sanitization CIP Regeneration of Water Treatment Plants on day to day basis Close monitoring the process water consumption tracking the abnormalities Addition of water treatment chemicals and recording the same Preparation of list of spares day to day monitoring the availability of critical spares Ensuring the completion of the breakdown planned jobs and cross verifying the same Report any incident accident near miss illness to the superiors As per schedules preventive maintenance of water system shall be ensured Monitor usages of PPEs respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance cleanliness Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective preventive actions immediately Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior Follow cGMP standards Follow positive engineering practices Maintain good housekeeping ensure cleanliness no leakages of water plants round the clock
