Job Title Tender Executive Location Okhla Phase 2 New Delhi Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month Job Type Full-Time Experience 1-3 years Preferred in Government Private tendering Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the tendering process for government and private sector projects The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of tender documentation online portals GeM CPPP etc and excellent coordination skills Key Responsibilities Search identify and track new tender opportunities through various tender portals Handle online and offline tender submission including documentation bid preparation and timely submission Coordinate with internal departments Accounts Technical Purchase etc for compiling necessary documents Review and ensure all tender documents are complete accurate and in compliance with tender requirements Maintain and update tender files and records Follow up with clients and vendors regarding tender status and results Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to tenders and submissions Ensure timely renewals of certificates e g MSME NSIC etc and registrations on portals Requirements Graduate in any discipline B Com BBA or similar preferred 1-3 years of experience in tendering preferably in government e-tendering Proficient in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Knowledge of government e-tendering platforms like GeM CPPP E-Tender India etc Robust communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
