Your goal will be to provide support and hassle-free settlement of claims and building good relation with clients by providing excellent services Responsibilities Handling Cashless and reimbursement claims Taking care of the endorsement of various corporate clients Help employees and HR by giving them knowledge about the claim process Coordinate with insurance and TPA for any deficiency in documents and arrange it Maintain CD statement of all corporate client assigned to you Promptly answering calls and replying on emails Ready to answer calls 247 and be extremely responsible Reporting to Manager on daily basis and updating reporting sheet in timely manner Taking care of Endorsements on monthly basis Requirements Proven experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims in any TPA or insurance brokers Familiarity with whole process of Health claims Ability to learn new languages and technologies Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Graduate in any stream 0-1 years of Experience required freshers are welcome Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
