To maintain the pantry tea area provide refreshments to staff and patients and support general cleanliness and hygienic functioning of the food beverage support area in the clinic The Pantry Boy helps ensure that staff doctors and patients are served refreshments smoothly and that the pantry is organized clean and adequately stocked Key Responsibilities Refreshments Service Prepare and serve basic refreshments tea coffee water biscuits light snacks to staff doctors and patients Maintain beverage dispensing equipment coffee machine kettle etc and ensure they are cleaned and functioning Refill consumables tea coffee sugar milk etc in the pantry Serve refreshments during meetings or events held inside the clinic internal events seminars etc Pantry Maintenance Hygiene Keep the pantry counters shelves and related areas clean and organized Wash dry and store utensils crockery trays glasses cutlery used in pantry Sanitize surfaces regularly and ensure hygiene standards are met Dispose of waste appropriately and monitor trash bin levels Inventory Stock Management Monitor stock levels of pantry supplies tea coffee sugar milk snacks disposable cups napkins etc Maintain records of consumption and request replenishment in time Assist in receiving checking and storing supplies Ensure proper rotation of supplies use oldest stock first to avoid wastage Support Miscellaneous Tasks Assist with light errands e g bringing water bottles delivering small items within the clinic Assist housekeeping staff when needed sweeping mopping in pantry area Report any equipment malfunction or shortage to supervisor Maintain personal hygiene punctuality and professional behavior Required Qualifications Skills Prior experience 1-2 years in pantry cafe or hospitality support role is a plus Good understanding of hygiene sanitation norms Basic knowledge of handling kitchen beverage equipment Ability to follow instructions timeliness reliability Good interpersonal skills courteous polite with staff and patients Ability to work under moderate pressure and multitask Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
