Hiring VMC Programmer Cum Operator Location Chennai Experience 3 Years We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer Cum Operator to join our manufacturing team The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in VMC operations programming and quality control to ensure smooth production and high-precision output Key Responsibilities Program and operate VMC machines independently Create and modify CNC programs using Fanuc Siemens controllers Set up tools offsets fixtures and parameters as required Read and interpret engineering drawings GD T and machining symbols Perform tool path optimization to improve productivity Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect finished components using calipers micrometers gauges and other QC tools Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to safety standards Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in VMC Programming Operation Strong knowledge of CNC programming G M codes Ability to handle precision machining and tight tolerances Experience in tool selection and machining parameters Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ITI Diploma in Mechanical CNC Tool Die preferred Salary Based on experience industry standards Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 11 768 68 - 30 628 23 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 09 12 2025
