Role E-learning Adobe Captivate Developers Mode Remote Experience 2 years in eLearning development specifically with Adobe Captivate Contract term 2 months start date 06th of Oct 2025 Job Overview We are seeking a talented Adobe Captivate Developer to design develop and implement engaging eLearning courses and interactive training materials The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Captivate to create effective learning experiences Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain eLearning content using Adobe Captivate ensuring alignment with instructional goals and learner needs Collaborate with subject matter experts SMEs instructional designers and project managers to gather content requirements and translate them into interactive modules Create multimedia-rich eLearning courses incorporating animations quizzes simulations and assessments Ensure courses are SCORM xAPI compliant and compatible across multiple devices and platforms Conduct testing and debugging of eLearning modules to ensure quality and functionality Update and revise existing courses based on user feedback and changing training requirements Maintain documentation related to course development updates and version control Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning technology and instructional design Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Captivate latest versions preferred Strong understanding of eLearning development standards SCORM xAPI Tin Can API Experience with multimedia editing tools e g Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Audition or similar is a plus Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Ability to create interactive elements such as quizzes simulations and branching scenarios Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with Learning Management Systems LMS for course deployment and tracking Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 2 months Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Work from home Work Location Remote
