Position Overview Position Staff Nurse Experience 0-2years FRESHERS CAN APPLY Employment Type Full time Homecare Service Location Assigned patient home s under company supervision within Bengaluru or Kerala Working Shift 12 24-hour duty as allocated by the Company based on patient needs Monthly Salary Upto 45 000 Female Staff Only FREE Accommodation Food Travel Key Roles and Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing attentive safe and empathetic patient care in alignment with Relit Healthcare s service standards Your primary duties include but are not limited to the following Assisting patients with daily personal care activities such as feeding bathing grooming and maintaining hygiene Monitoring vital signs mobility support and ensuring patient comfort under guidance from healthcare professionals Providing companionship and emotional support to patients especially the elderly or bedridden Maintaining cleanliness in the patient s surroundings to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Assisting with medication reminders mobility exercises and reporting changes in a patient s condition to the Company or supervising nurse Supporting patient transfers bed to chair chair to bed etc with proper safety measures Recording patient activity and changes observed during duty hours for continuity of care Coordinating with doctors nurses or family members for patient-related updates if instructed by the Company Maintaining professional behavior and ensuring patient confidentiality at all times Performing additional related tasks as reasonably directed by the Company for patient welfare Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
