About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have 2 years of HR experience within real estate preferably with Channel Partner CP firms and a strong understanding of people operations in a fast-paced sales-driven environment This role will support day-to-day HR operations recruitment and employee lifecycle management Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment for sales and corporate roles including sourcing screening interview coordination and onboarding Manage HR documentation employee records and personnel files in compliance with UAE labour regulations Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new joiners separate from sales training Assist in payroll coordination attendance tracking and leave management Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and day-to-day people matters Support performance management processes confirmations and exits Ensure adherence to company policies code of conduct and HR SOPs Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferably in real estate brokerage or CP firms Hands-on exposure to HR operations in sales-heavy organizations Basic understanding of Indian Labour Law and HR compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Required Skills Knowledge of HR operations recruitment and employee lifecycle management Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth workplace Professional communication and stakeholder coordination Preferred Skills Experience supporting large sales teams or real estate brokerages Exposure to multi-location HR operations Compensation Benefits Market-competitive salary aligned with market standards Performance-linked incentives where applicable Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling real estate organization Equal Opportunity Statement Nestrov is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace Application Process Please send your updated resume to careers nestrov com to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 48 000 00 per month Work Location In person
