Labour Officer - Shift Manpower Management Industry Iron Agricultural Product Manufacturing Location Kohara-Machiwara Road Ludhiana Salary 15 000 - 18 000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a Labour Officer who will be responsible for shift management labour handling and daily manpower arrangement inside the plant The ideal candidate should have experience in labour-intensive industries such as iron manufacturing heavy engineering Responsibilities Plan and allocate labour for all shifts A B C or Day Night as per production requirements Arrange and deploy manpower daily according to workload and priority tasks Manage attendance absenteeism leaves and overtime of labour workforce Coordinate shift handovers and maintain discipline across labour teams Communicate with labour contractors to ensure timely manpower availability Resolve labour grievances and conflicts to maintain a safe and productive work environment Maintain daily labour MIS reports - shift strength OT absenteeism and productivity Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and labour rules within the factory premises Support in current labour onboarding counselling and retention activities Qualifications Graduate Diploma HR Labour Welfare IR preferred 1-3 years of experience in labour management and shift handling Experience in Iron Industry Foundry Fabrication Heavy Manufacturing is an added advantage Strong communication and people-handling skills Willingness to work in a plant-based multi-shift environment Job Type Full-time On-site Factory Plant Work Schedule Rotational shifts A B C Overtime extra hours when required with allowance Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
