We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge robust client networking skills and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales and marketing Industry Electrical LT Panel Manufacturing Location Recent Town Kolkata Reporting to MD CEO Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels LT HT switchboards and automation solutions Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Prepare technical commercial proposals quotations and tender documents Coordinate with the Design Production and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery Attend industry events exhibitions and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions Meet monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and report performance metrics to management Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of electrical panels PCC MCC etc and automation systems Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Strong client relationship Management and business development abilities Knowledge of electrical drawings single line diagrams and project estimation is an added advantage Leadership qualities with team management experience Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering DEE B Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical panel boards and automation system Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
