Job Title Phytochemistry Scientist Department Research Development Phytochemistry Qualification M Sc M Pharm PhD - Phytochemistry or related discipline Experience 5-10 years Location Lakkenahalli Village Solur Hobli Magadi Talik Ramangar dist - 562127 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Phytochemistry professional to support the extraction isolation characterization and standardization of phytochemicals from medicinal plants and herbal raw materials The role involves analytical testing method development documentation and compliance with quality and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities 1 Perform extraction fractionation isolation and purification of phytochemicals 2 Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant constituents 3 Develop and validate analytical methods for herbal and plant-based products 4 Carry out marker compound identification and standardization 5 Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC HPTLC GC UV-Vis FTIR 6 Prepare and review SOPs test reports and analytical documentation 7 Support raw material evaluation and quality control of herbal ingredients 8 Ensure compliance with GLP GMP and regulatory guidelines 9 Collaborate with Formulation Pharmacology QA and Regulatory teams 10 Conduct literature review and research documentation Required Skills Knowledge 1 Robust knowledge of medicinal plants and phytochemical constituents 2 Hands-on experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques 3 Understanding of herbal drug standardization and quality control 4 Familiarity with pharmacopoeial standards IP USP WHO Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia 5 Strong analytical documentation and data interpretation skills 6 Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory data management systems Preferred Skills Added Advantage 1 Experience in nutraceutical or herbal product development 2 Knowledge of regulatory requirements for herbal products AYUSH US FDA EMA 3 Exposure to method validation and stability studies Behavioural Competencies 1 High attention to detail and scientific accuracy 2 Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking 3 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4 Good communication and technical writing skills Interested candidates can share their resumes at madhu hr greenspaceherbs comInterested candidates can contact 91 (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 70 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
