Job Code - JGI SPE-PE Production Engineer in Process Equipment About the Company John Galt International is a 45-year-old heavy diversified fabricator based out of Badlapur Dist Thane We are a national award winning Defence Equipment Supplier registered directly with all 3 armed forces We also manufacture process equipment such as storage tanks heat exchangers pressure vessels reactors and structural equipment such as girders pre-fabricated structures mining equipment We have 3 units in Badlapur totaling 15000 sq meter of fabrication space We are TQM certified and are a young team of 20 engineers and 250 workmen We are constantly looking to expand our headcount projects and geographic coverage Production Engineer - Process Equipment Division Reporting to - Jt CEO Timings - Monday - Saturday 8 30 am - 5 00 pm Job description Manage overall production of Process Equipment such as ASME API Coded Storage tanks Distillation Columns Heat Exchangers Reactors Ensure timeliness of jobs Manage 3-4 contractors of 10 workmen each Coordinate fabrication and machining activities Ensure work is getting done on time and as per specs Required Candidate profile 2-5 years Process fabrication experience Residing Close to Badlapur or Near By Ability to remove BOM from drawing calculate material schedule production plan Should have basic machining knowledge B E Diploma or better Mechanical Must be able to communicate verbally and written Should have prior experience in static process equipment fabrication Must be willing to work 6 days a week Sunday off from 8 30 - 5 00 pm Good attitude have crisis management skills and must be able to assure production Salary - Up to INR 35k Location - Badlapur Plot F2 MIDC Badlapur East Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
