Role Profile We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Azure DevOps Engineer to support our cloud-hosted applications and manage Azure-based server infrastructure This role is critical in ensuring the stability performance and security of our Azure environment with a solid focus on application support server instance lifecycle management and operational excellence This vacancy is available at London Stock Exchange Group LSEG based in our Bangalore office Key Responsibilities Application Support Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the health of Azure-hosted applications and services Troubleshoot application issues perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for resolution Manage application configurations deployments and updates in Azure environments Support integration between applications and Azure services e g Azure SQL App Services Key Vault Logic Apps DevOps Responsibilities Design and maintain CI CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or Jenkins Automate build test and deployment processes using YAML PowerShell and Bash Manage Azure Repos Artifacts and Boards for version control and project tracking Implement Infrastructure as Code IaC using Terraform ARM templates or Bicep Work with Docker and Kubernetes AKS for container orchestration and microservices deployment Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and deployment reliability Integrate security scanning tools e g SonarQube Snyk into DevOps workflows Admin Responsibilities Provision and manage Azure resources VMs Storage Networking App Services etc Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory RBAC and IAM policies Monitor infrastructure using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights Handle backup disaster recovery and cost optimization strategies Manage hybrid cloud connectivity VPNs ExpressRoute Private Link Support incident response patching and compliance audits Operational Security Responsibilities Monitor system performance and availability using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights Ensure compliance with security and governance standards Participate in incident response and change management processes Maintain documentation for configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides Required Skills Experience 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services and Azure Administration Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS VMs networking storage and PaaS services Proficiency in scripting PowerShell Bash Experience with Terraform ARM templates and Kubernetes Familiarity with Azure networking security and monitoring tools Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira Preferred Qualifications Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-prem integration Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code e g Bicep Terraform Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or related field Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Proud to share LSEG in the India is Great Place to Work certified Jun 25 -
