Job Overview Scholars Paradise International School is seeking a passionate and skilled Computer Teacher to join our dedicated team The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science and a commitment to providing students with the skills necessary to navigate the digital world This role involves teaching students in both theoretical and practical aspects of computer science fostering creativity and ensuring students are well-prepared for the future Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery Design and teach computer science lessons to students across different grade levels covering subjects such as programming computer hardware software applications digital literacy and internet safety Interactive Learning Use a variety of instructional methods including hands-on activities project-based learning and digital tools to engage students and make learning enjoyable and meaningful Technology Integration Incorporate modern educational technologies tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences both in-class and online Assessment Feedback Regularly assess students progress through quizzes projects assignments and exams Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and excel Student Support Offer one-on-one support for students who may require additional assistance and ensure that each student reaches their full potential Classroom Management Create a positive inclusive and productive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express their ideas and explore new concepts Curriculum Development Stay updated with new trends in computer science and technology Continuously improve and adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of the students Collaboration Work closely with other teaching staff administrators and parents to track student progress and develop strategies to support students learning outcomes Promote Digital Citizenship Teach students about the ethical and responsible use of technology including topics such as online safety cyberbullying prevention and digital footprint management Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Teaching certification preferably with a focus on technology or ICT Proven experience teaching computer science or ICT at the school level Familiarity with various learning management systems LMS and educational tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students parents and colleagues A passion for teaching and an ability to make complex concepts understandable and exciting for students Preferred Qualifications Experience with coding boot camps or extra-curricular programming activities Knowledge of app development graphic design or multimedia production Experience with online teaching tools and e-learning platforms Personal Attributes Enthusiastic proactive and adaptable with a love for technology and teaching Patient and able to work effectively with students of varying learning abilities Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Application Process Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience Please send applications to the https scholarsgroup in hiring Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
