We are seeking an EdTech Sales Associate to manage student inquiries explain program details and support the end-to-end enrollment process This is a fully office-based role with no fieldwork focusing on inside sales lead handling and student guidance Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students through calls WhatsApp emails and online channels Provide explicit and accurate information about courses learning pathways and enrollment procedures Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students select suitable programs Manage both inbound and outbound leads with timely and consistent follow-ups Share brochures fee structures and relevant program materials as required Record lead updates communication history and progress details accurately in the CRM Coordinate with the admissions team for a smooth onboarding experience Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering leads calls and conversions Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline mandatory 0-3 years of experience in inside sales academic counseling or business development Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Comfortable handling phone conversations and virtual interactions Organized proactive and consistent with follow-up activities Basic knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and digital communication platforms Willingness to work Monday to Saturday Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary Work Location In person
