We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing industry recruitment The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle HR operations and coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth talent acquisition and employee management Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Source screen and shortlist candidates for Mechanical Design Production Quality and Maintenance roles Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements Manage job postings on portals Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers HR Operations Handle onboarding documentation and induction of new employees Maintain employee records attendance leave and personal files Coordinate payroll inputs confirmation and appraisal processes Assist in preparing offer letters appointment letters and HR communications Employee Engagement Support employee welfare grievance handling and communication activities Assist in policy implementation and compliance Required Skills Competencies Robust understanding of Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering profiles Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously Familiarity with statutory compliance PF ESI etc preferred Qualification Any Graduate MBA in HR Industrial Relations Technical knowledge or background in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage Preferred Experience Minimum 1 yr Recruitment experience in Fabrication Automotive Machine Design or Manufacturing industries Worked with positions like Design Engineer Production Engineer Quality Engineer Project Engineer etc Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Experience Recruiting 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
