About the Role We are looking for an experienced freshers Agricultural Advisor who can guide farmers in improving their farming techniques You will provide on-call support to assess farming practices and recommend practical solutions to boost crop productivity and optimize resource use Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on crop selection planting techniques irrigation fertilizers and pest management Support farmers in planning sustainable and efficient farm management practices Promote methods that save resources and protect the environment Conduct field visits and prepare actionable recommendations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Agriculture or related field Master s preferred Hands-on experience in farming or agricultural consultancy Robust understanding of crops soil health and pest control Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Clear communication and ability to work with diverse communities Ability to work independently and within a team Basic computer skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
