Preferred Immediate Joining work place pollachi Experience minimum 01 years experience in hotel industry or in retail stores Purchase two Wheeler driving license is required Key Responsibilities Following Ensure FIFO First In First Out and FEFO First Expiry First Out methods are strictly followed Receive incoming goods and verify quantity quality and specifications against purchase orders and delivery challans Check expiry dates packaging and conditions of perishable and non-perishable goods Coordinate with the Purchase Department and Accounts for any discrepancies or rejections Ensure all items are properly labeled stored and arranged systematically by category and expiry Maintain cleanliness orderliness and hygiene in all storage areas as per HACCP FSSAI hotel standards Monitor temperature and humidity control in cold storage areas where applicable Conduct daily weekly and monthly stock verifications and assist with inventory audits Issue materials to various departments against authorized store requisitions Record and update stock issuance accurately in the inventory management system Maintain GRN Goods Received Note Issue Slips and other related store documentation Update stock ledgers and assist in preparing daily weekly and monthly stock reports Coordinate with the Accounts Department for reconciliation of invoices and stock values Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures related to store operations Ensure proper storage of chemicals and flammable materials in designated areas Support internal and external audits with necessary records and documentation Coordination with Purchase Kitchen Housekeeping Engineering and Accounts departments involve occasional lifting or movement of goods Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Robust critical thinking and negotiation skills Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Education Diploma Preferred Experience Purchasing 8 years Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
