Senior Finance Manager for Infrastructure Company Position Overview As a Senior Finance Manager for the Infrastructure Company you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization Your responsibilities will involve overseeing financial planning budgeting reporting and analysis as well as providing strategic financial advice to the executive leadership team The ideal candidate for this position should have significant experience in finance management a deep understanding of the infrastructure industry and strong leadership and analytical skills Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans budgets and forecasts aligned with the company s strategic objectives Conduct financial analysis to assess the company s performance identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Financial Reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets cash flow statements and variance analyses Present financial results to the executive leadership team providing insights and recommendations for business decisions Risk Management Evaluate financial risks and opportunities providing proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance financial performance Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and company policies Capital Management Manage the company s capital structure including debt and equity to optimize the cost of capital and support the company s growth strategy Oversee capital expenditure projects conducting financial analysis to assess their feasibility and return on investment Cash Flow Management Monitor and manage the company s cash flow ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments Implement effective cash flow forecasting and cash flow optimization strategies Financial Strategy and Decision Support Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute the company s financial strategy Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic business decisions and new project evaluations Team Management Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to achieve departmental goals Stakeholder Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including department heads project managers and other key personnel Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors financial institutions and regulatory authorities Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field A Master s degree or professional certifications e g CFA CPA is a plus Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance management preferably in the infrastructure industry Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and leading finance teams Strong knowledge of financial analysis modeling and reporting techniques In-depth understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations Proficient in using financial management software and ERP systems Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and contribute to organizational growth Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Experience Microsoft Office 8 years Required total work 10 years Required Language English Required Hindi Required Telugu Required Work Location In person
