About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team in Kerala - Kochin as a Sales Marketing Installation Officer Assistant Manager You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach for hydraulic steering systems within the marine industry This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the marine industry and a passion for building relationships and driving sales Responsibilities Sales Identify and target boat builders material suppliers and wholesalers in Kerala Karnataka Tamil Nadu Andhra Pradesh as potential customers for Glydus hydraulic steering systems Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set sales quotas Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to recommend suitable Glydus products Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients Manage and follow up on leads converting them into paying customers Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales plans Marketing Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Glydus brand and products in marine sector in Kerala Karnataka Tamil Nadu Andhra Pradesh Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials Analyse marketing data and report on campaign performance Troubleshooting and Installation Provide in office installation or troubleshooting if required of hydraulic steering system on boats Ensure proper assembly and functionality of the systems according to technical specifications Train boat builders and their teams on the operation and maintenance of Glydus systems Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients Qualifications Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in sales marketing or a related field within the marine industry Malyalam or any South indian language Verbal is mandatory Understanding of the boat building process and relevant technical knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Engineering degree with MBA in marketing preferred Willingness to travel within Kerala Karnataka Tamil Nadu Andhra Pradesh for client visits Benefits Competitive salary and perks package Opportunity to work with a leading global brand in the marine industry Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment Comprehensive training and development program Chance to make a real impact on the company s success About Glydus Glydus is a leading global manufacturer of high-performance boat steering systems known for their reliability innovation and competitive pricing We are committed to providing safe and effortless boating experiences for customers worldwide Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
