Job Title Scaffolding Supervisor Location Dubai Industry Construction We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee all scaffolding activities on-site ensuring safe efficient and compliant erection modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures The ideal candidate will manage scaffolding teams and maintain high safety and quality standards Requirements 3-4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection modification and dismantling Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and safety plans Proven experience supervising scaffolding teams Strong leadership coordination and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety regulations and OSHA BS standards Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols Key Responsibilities Supervise daily scaffolding operations on-site Allocate tasks and monitor scaffolding team performance Inspect scaffolding structures for safety stability and compliance Coordinate with engineers project managers and other site teams Ensure proper storage handling and use of scaffolding materials and equipment Maintain safety records and report any incidents or issues Support training and guidance for scaffolding crew members Employment Type Full-time Salary Add Salary or To be discussed during interview Start Date Immediate Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 72 853 00 - 121 420 00 per month
