Job Summary VS Craft Facades is looking for a skilled Facade Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the facade industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates analyzing project requirements evaluating materials and supporting the bidding and procurement process This role requires solid analytical skills industry knowledge and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Review architectural and engineering drawings to understand facade scope and requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and material take-offs for facade systems Analyze project specifications and identify appropriate materials systems and fabrication methods Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Support the tendering process by preparing costing sheets pricing documents and technical submissions Coordinate with design engineering and project management teams for technical clarity Track material costs market trends and pricing databases Assist in value engineering proposals and optimization strategies Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the facade industry Strong knowledge of facade systems materials aluminium glass cladding and fabrication processes Proficiency in MS Excel cost-estimation tools and reading technical drawings Ability to interpret architectural structural and fabrication drawings Strong numerical accuracy analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication and vendor coordination abilities Must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate Benefits Chance to work on innovative facade projects Exposure to advanced facade technologies and materials Growth-oriented and collaborative work culture How to Apply Send your resume and portfolio to info vs-craft in Website www craft in Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
