Project Role Application Support Engineer Project Role Description Act as software detectives provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems Must have skills Workday Core Integrations Good to have skills NA Minimum 3 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education As an Application Developer you will engage in the design construction and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs developing creative solutions and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in Roles Responsibilities Expected to perform independently and become an SME Responsible for developing new solutions or enhance existing solutions Understand the collection of a series of technologies needed to complete a project product Create test and implement software programs utilizing programming languages Structure design implement and test the project based on one language or more languages Create a prototype design for a product very rapidly with a wide range of techniques Use development frameworks and third-party libraries Responsible for ensuring code quality effective code coverage Responsible for providing the resolution to the issues raised by Testing team UAT team and End users Participate proactively in daily standup meetings story grooming sessions team retrospectives suggesting and implementing improvements Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies Professional Technical Skills Must have Skill Proficient in developing Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder EIB and Core Connectors templates - outbound inbound Hands-on experience with Workday Studio including building and deploying simple complex integrations Expert-level skills in XSLT for data transformation and mapping and grasp of XML structure and parsing as most integration outputs are in XML format Good To Have Skills Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability Agile SAFe methologies CI CD Methods DevSecOps practices Application Security Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Integration - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
