Job Responsibilities Design Responsibilities Create functional and aesthetic interior designs based on client requirements Prepare design concepts layouts 2D drawings and 3D visualizations Select materials finishes colour schemes and furniture as per the project theme and budget Develop BOQ presentations and mood boards for client approvals Coordinate with project site and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of designs Conduct site visits for measurement layout planning and supervision of work progress Sales Client Handling Meet clients understand their requirements and convert leads into sales Present design proposals confidently and explain project scope pricing and timelines Promote company services product offerings and design solutions to potential customers Maintain client communication throughout the project for updates approvals and modifications Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets set by the management Prepare quotations follow up for orders and close deals effectively Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of interior design principles materials and space planning Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max V-Ray Photoshop etc Good communication presentation and client engagement skills Ability to handle design and sales responsibilities simultaneously Strong negotiation convincing skills for client conversions Time management and ability to handle multiple projects Additional Advantages Experience in residential commercial interior projects Understanding of costing BOQ preparation and project execution Ability to work both independently and in a team Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
