Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives Deliver and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Identify new business opportunities in corporate education hospitality and healthcare sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with architects designers distributors and direct clients Act as the primary liaison for key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle Research and assess new market opportunities in Chennai and across South India Support entry into new channels including e-commerce and project-based furniture solutions Represent the brand at trade shows exhibitions and client presentations Work with marketing and operations teams to design campaigns promotions and pricing strategies Partner with supply chain teams on demand forecasting delivery schedules and customer service standards Ensure brand consistency in product positioning and client experience Track KPIs including pipeline growth conversion rates and client retention Prepare regular sales reports with insights and recommendations for management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum 7-10 years of sales or business development experience ideally in furniture interiors or B2B trading sectors Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-crore annual sales targets Solid skills in market analysis forecasting and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities Team-oriented and results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial spirit Knowledge of the furniture industry is mandatory Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu and occasionally across India Working Days Mon-Fri Locations Open Bangalore Mumbai Chennai Regards Team HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person
