We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end factory operations improve productivity manage teams and ensure smooth protected and cost-efficient manufacturing The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in plant management and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Oversee entire plant operations including production maintenance quality planning and dispatch Drive daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment Implement Lean 5S Kaizen and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency Manage manpower allocation shift planning and team performance Maintain quality standards and minimize defects wastage and rework Ensure statutory compliance workplace safety and machine maintenance schedules Coordinate with procurement supply chain and management for smooth workflow Optimize cost control resource utilization and inventory management Prepare and present daily weekly monthly reports to management Build a strong team culture with discipline accountability and continuous improvement Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 420 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
