Role District Academic Coordinator FLN Uttar Pradesh Experience 5 years Salary Upto 8 4 LPA About the role The District Academic Coordinator DAC is responsible for the overall academic implementation and quality assurance of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy FLN Program in the assigned district The DAC will lead the academic capacity building of field staff and ensure the effective implementation of the program s curriculum and pedagogical frameworks in project schools Key Roles Responsibilities 1 Academic Implementation and Quality Assurance Program Oversight Lead the implementation of the FLN program across project schools within the assigned district Curriculum Pedagogy Ensure high-fidelity implementation of the organizations materials and instructional strategies related to FLN Literacy and Numeracy School Monitoring Take responsibility for continuous monitoring of school activities instructional quality and learning outcomes within the project schools 2 Capacity Building and Mentoring Staff Capacity Build the academic capacity of Block Academic Coordinators BACs and other field-level staff through structured training and ongoing mentorship Training Facilitation Design and effectively facilitate training sessions and workshops for teachers and teacher educators Coaching Provide on-the-ground coaching and support to field staff to improve their effectiveness in supporting teachers 2 Capacity Building and Mentoring Monitoring Data Collect verify and fill in monitoring formats Excel app for all school visits and share timely reports with the State Manager Data Analysis Analyze and interpret program data in consultation with the state Monitoring Evaluation M E team to identify trends and inform necessary course correction Documentation Ensure strong documentation and reporting of program progress challenges and key learnings 4 Stakeholder Collaboration Government Liaison Work collaboratively with government officials including Block Education Officers BEOs and Academic Resource Persons ARPs to ensure program alignment and smooth functioning Coordination Maintain excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the District Program Manager and the wider team Required Experience and Attributes Experience 5 years of progressive experience working in education projects that involve capacity building of teachers and teacher educators and curriculum development Education Post-graduate degree or equivalent preferably in a social science background Sector Knowledge Deep knowledge and understanding of FLN principles and current national education policies e g NIPUN Bharat Skills Robust understanding of training design and effective facilitation skills Proficiency in data collection analysis and basic software applications Excellent communication interpersonal and documentation skills - Hiring Note Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis This job is first posted on Nov 27 2025 on https groundzero community For any questions ping us on WhatsApp Chat helpline 91-(phone hidden)
