Team Engineering Section I Basic information on the roleJob Title Snagging Shift Engineer Location Prabhadevi Borivali Reporting to Property Manager Section II Job Purpose Overall Role Objective Role shall monitor independently fit out of flats and work in common areas Objective of the role is to implement fit out guidelines material movement as per approved process and reduce permanent or temporary damage to any part of the property in common areas and flats Section III Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role Role Key Accountabilities Implement fitout guidelines Inform guidelines to all stakeholders including customers contractors architect and workers Operational Accountabilities Continuously take round of common area and fitout flats to monitor work in progress is not violating any of the fitout guidelines or damaging propertyAttend customer meeting with their architect or contractorProvide necessary forms and get the same signed off before commencing fitoutVerify work planned is not deviating standard layout or plan of the buildingAll deviation in standard plan or layout need to be pre-approved by architect for the projectInform deviations from planned activities to the owner and their representative immediately along with property managerHave the deviations corrected or rectified or stopped as per consultation with Property ManagerReview material movement and inform material movement rules and regulation in advance to customers and their contractorsReview damaged done during material movement and send report to customer after taking approval from Property ManagerRecover the amount for damage rectification or have damage rectified and approved by Property Manager MIS and Reporting MIS generation and Reporting on daily weekly and monthly basisProvide deviation reportsFitout collection deposit and refund report Brand Relationships Enhance customer and their stakeholder understanding about fitout guidelines and normsHave proactive communication in advance and in writingHave proactive meetings with stakeholder to minimize gap in understanding Section IV Knowledge Experience Skills Educational Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering from relevant educational institute Experience Total Experience of 3 Years from residential background Key Competencies Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed
