We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse In-charge to manage the accessories warehouse for our garment division The candidate will oversee daily operations ensure accurate inventory control and maintain smooth coordination between production purchase and dispatch teams Key Responsibilities Manage supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations Receive inspect and store garment accessories thread buttons labels trims zippers tapes etc Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in software Excel Issue accessories to production as per job orders and maintain proper documentation Coordinate with the purchase team regarding shortages and re-ordering Ensure timely dispatch of accessories to units stores as required Verify GRN delivery challans and vendor invoices Monitor warehouse staff performance and allocate daily tasks Maintain hygiene safety and proper storage systems in the warehouse Conduct weekly monthly physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Prevent damage misuse or pilferage of inventory Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations preferably in garment or accessories warehouse Knowledge of garment trims and accessories labels tags buttons threads zippers etc Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control Ability to work with Excel ERP WMS if applicable Good communication and team-handling skills Attention to detail and solid organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 30 11 2025 Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
