COMPANY INTRODUCTION StrategicERP IT solutions are developed to provide end-to-end process automation and an information management system with tremendous customization for the Real Estate and Manufacturing Industry We have a total employment of 250 and we are dealing with 600 clients as of now We have Head Office In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi Ahmedabad Bangalore Pune and Hyderabad Company Website Job Title QS Engineer Location Borivali Central Railway Line Department Civil Projects Reports To Project Head Director Senior Management Salary budget 20 000 - to 30 000 - Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QS Civil Engineer to oversee plan and manage all civil engineering and construction activities The role involves managing site execution project planning budgeting vendor coordination quality assurance and ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and as per quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on drawings BOQs and specifications Develop and update project budgets during various project stages Perform detailed quantity take-offs from latest approved drawings Verify and certify quantities executed in office Prepare rate analysis for new items and evaluate vendor quotations Optional Support procurement with technical cost inputs Optional Prepare client bills and check contractor bills as per contract terms Assist in preparing contract documents work orders and variation orders Maintain complete documentation for audit and compliance Coordinate with site planning and accounts for billing accuracy Monitor project costs against budgets Coordinate with site engineers planning purchase and management Ensure clear communication regarding quantities and cost impacts Raise alerts for deviations and cost overruns Ensure all measurements and billing follow standards drawings and IS codes Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering BE in Civil 1 to 2 years of experience in civil engineering construction project management Strong knowledge of construction methods project management and building codes Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office tools Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in vendor negotiation budgeting and cost control The candidate should be preferably from Infrastructure Projects working experience and reputed colleges like VJTI for Clients requirement Key Competencies Leadership Team Management Project Time Management Decision Making Quality Safety Focus Analytical and Negotiation Skills Smart freshers also welcome hands on experience is preferable should be from Western line looking for immediate joiners permanent job will be on client s payroll Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Office time 10 am to 7pm Working days Monday to Saturday Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Work Location In person
