Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations This role will oversee the general ledger ensure compliance with accounting standards manage monthly quarterly close processes and support financial reporting audit readiness and SOX compliance The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise leadership experience and a proactive mindset for process improvement Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including but not limited to sales tax cash accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger fixed assets debt and intercompany transactions Lead the month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP Prepare and or review journal entries account reconciliations and financial statements Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory requirements Partner with FP A Tax Treasury and external auditors during audits and reviews Support and lead accounting-related projects such as system upgrades process improvements and policy documentation Analyze complex accounting issues and provide recommendations in line with industry best practices Qualifications Required Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 7 years of progressive accounting experience including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory managerial role Solid knowledge of US GAAP Experience with ERP systems Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
