Role Overview We are seeking an Ayurveda Formulator to design and develop innovative safe and effective herbal formulations for our sexual wellness product line The role requires deep knowledge of Ayurvedic principles herbs and their modern applications Key Responsibilities Develop formulations for supplements oils capsules and other wellness products Research and validate Ayurvedic herbs with modern clinical references Ensure formulations meet safety efficacy and regulatory requirements Work with R D and quality teams to take products from lab to market Maintain proper documentation of formulations stability testing and trial results Collaborate with regulatory team for AYUSH licensing and approvals Requirements BAMS MD Ayurveda or equivalent qualification 3-7 years of experience in Ayurvedic product formulation FMCG nutraceuticals wellness Strong knowledge of pharmacology of herbs and modern validation techniques Experience in working with regulatory standards AYUSH FSSAI Innovative mindset with the ability to blend traditional knowledge with modern science Perks Chance to build unique formulations in a growing wellness category Research-driven innovation-friendly work culture Attractive compensation with royalty options for patented formulations Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
