Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective outside sales B2B sales and technology sales The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a deep understanding of account management and the ability to analyze market trends to develop innovative marketing solutions Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives Manage outside sales efforts and build strong relationships with clients to drive B2B sales Oversee the technology sales division ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities managing leads and analyzing performance metrics Lead a team of sales professionals providing guidance training and support to enhance their performance Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms Monitor customer feedback and service quality to continuously improve the customer experience Requirements Proven experience in sales management particularly in outside sales and B2B environments Strong background in marketing with Circlips auto ancillary and sheet metal parts Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures Demonstrated ability in business development and account management Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
