Job Title Customer Relationship Manager - Dry Fruits Wholesale Experience Required Minimum 6 years in managing B2B clients vendor relationships or customer service roles Preferred experience in FMCG trading or dry fruits sector Work Type Full-time Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with wholesale vendors and B2B clients Take orders share invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for billing including e-way bills and tax documents Coordinate with the operations team for timely dispatch inventory status and order execution Support in logistics management and track shipments as required Assist in general office administration and back-end coordination tasks whenever needed Maintain and regularly update vendor and client databases Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors via calls emails and messages Coordinate with the sales team to align vendor-related requirements and follow-ups Ensure customer satisfaction by solving queries and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes Prepare and maintain records follow-ups and reports using Excel and CRM tools Key Requirements Robust written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Sales Accounts Operations efficiently Experience in handling vendor and client escalations with professionalism Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of data and daily coordination Prior experience managing B2B clients in FMCG dry fruits or similar sectors preferred Willingness to take ownership and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with discipline and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Education Master s Preferred Experience Microsoft Excel 5 years Preferred Vendor management 5 years Required Customer relationship management 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
